Connect Sports London Policies
1. Sportsmanship
Connect Sports London (CSL) expects all players to maintain a positive attitude when engaging in all sports. This is a for FUN sport league and should be always treated that way. There is absolutely no tolerance for poor sportsmanship and those who fail to adhere to this rule will be removed from the league without refund.
Sportsmanship Score
Each team upon completion of every game will award a score to the other team based on overall sportsmanship. This score will be added every game and count toward the overall standings at the end of the regular season. A CSL representative will collect each sportsmanship score after every game.

2. Waivers
Waivers must be completed and signed prior to the start of every season. Waivers can be reviewed and signed online prior to the registrants first game. Staff will also have extra waivers on hand at all games if teams have substitute players for any week. Failure to fill out a waiver will result in that player being unable to play any further games.
3. Weather Policy
All Games will proceed whether it is rain or shine. In the case of severe weather such as lightning/thunder all games must be stopped and take cover in the most appropriate location. Connect Sports London will notify via their homepage website and facebook page if games are cancelled due to severe weather, if there is no cancellation teams must show up to play.
In the event one team shows up and the other is absent it will be recorded as win for the present team. All games that are cancelled due to severe weather will be attempted to be made up in the form of a double header, teams will play back to back games on a set date.

4. First Aid
First Aid is the responsibility of the team captain. A Connect Sports London employee will be on hand for every game although it is not his/her responsibility to administer first aid. There will always be a first aid kit on hand at every venue. Connect Sports London is not responsible for the cost of any emergency care, it is at the discretion of the injured player/team to act accordingly.
5. Refund Policy
Return Policy for League Registrations:
If you wish to withdraw your registration after your payment has been processed, you may be eligible for a refund. For all regular season leagues, the return policy is as follows:
-If you request a refund with more than one week (7 days) until the beginning of the season, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, there will be a $10.00 administration fee deducted from the original amount
-If you request a refund with one week (7 days) or less until the beginning of the season, you will be eligible for a partial refund amounting to 50% of the original payment
-Once the season has begun, there are no refunds available (refunds only available prior to the first game)

6. CSL Sport Leaders
Most leagues are self officiated at every venue and there will be a CSL Sport Leader present to resolve serious issues/disputes. Certain sports such as dodgeball, soccer, flag football & basketball have set refs to ensure fair play for all! All games are for fun and therefore should always be handled by players on opposing sides although in rare circumstances the Sport Supervisor will make the final decision.
Teams must always try and find substitutes if they believe they are going to be short players. You must always show up to games even if you are short players, it is only fair to the opposing team. Teams will be removed from the league if they are unable to field a 6 person team two times or more during season play.
